Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues:
    • If you are consistently unable to access our platform due to technical issues on our end despite multiple attempts and cooperation with our technical support team.
    • You must report the issue within 72 hours of purchase and allow our team reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
  2. Content Quality:
    • If the content provided significantly differs from what was advertised at the time of purchase.
    • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with specific details about the discrepancy.
  3. Double Charging:
    • If you were charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email refunds@studentpointsikar.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”
  2. Include your full name, contact information, and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days before the amount reflects in your account

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After accessing a significant portion of the subscription content
  • For reasons of changed mind or finding a better alternative
  • Due to lack of time to use the resources
  • For issues related to your device or internet connectivity
  • After the refund eligibility period has expired
