Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues:
- If you are consistently unable to access our platform due to technical issues on our end despite multiple attempts and cooperation with our technical support team.
- You must report the issue within 72 hours of purchase and allow our team reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
- Content Quality:
- If the content provided significantly differs from what was advertised at the time of purchase.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with specific details about the discrepancy.
- Double Charging:
- If you were charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your full name, contact information, and detailed reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days before the amount reflects in your account
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- After accessing a significant portion of the subscription content
- For reasons of changed mind or finding a better alternative
- Due to lack of time to use the resources
- For issues related to your device or internet connectivity
- After the refund eligibility period has expired
