• We are not a college/university and do not provide direct admissions. Final decisions rest with official counseling authorities and institutions.

2. Membership

• Membership is available only to students.

• Membership validity is as per the duration mentioned in the respective plan purchased.

• Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments made for membership or consultancy services are non-refundable.

• Once a plan is purchased, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.

4. Use of Services

• Students must provide accurate personal and academic information during registration.

• Any misuse of our services, false documentation, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

• Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet the eligibility criteria for courses/colleges they wish to apply for.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Student Point Consultancy provides guidance services only and does not guarantee admission into any specific college, course, or university.

• Admission outcomes depend on official counseling authorities, merit lists, and institutional policies.

• We are not responsible for any changes in government rules, counseling processes, or college policies.

6. Communication Consent

By registering with us, you agree to receive communication via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding admission guidance, counseling updates, and related services.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, and materials) is the property of Student Point Consultancy.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

• Student Point Consultancy does not provide direct admissions.

• We only provide career guidance, counseling support, and admission-related information based on official notifications and student profiles.

• Students and parents are advised to verify details with respective official counseling bodies and institutions.

9. Governing Law
